Andy Weaver has over 27 years of experience in the paving and road construction industry.
His career began in 1998 on the Fredericton to Moncton Highway (MRDC) project, where he worked as a Quality Assurance Engineer and later advanced into the role of Paving Engineer for the project.
In late 2000, Andy began working with Dexter Construction in Nova Scotia as their Quality Manager. During his time at Dexter, he assisted in building the company’s quality department as the province transitioned to End Product Specifications.
Following his time at Dexter Construction, Andy was hired as Quality Manager at MacDonald Paving (Miller Paving Limited), where he worked from 2008 to 2023.
